Booking Regulations and Rules of Harenda Apartments

Please familiarize yourself with the booking regulations and the rules in force at Harenda Apartments. This will help both parties avoid unpleasant situations, allowing us to focus on providing you with a pleasant stay.
The regulations apply to Harenda Apartments, hereinafter referred to as the Property.

The owner of the Property is BACHLEDA FINANSE SPÓŁKA Z O. O.

Persons using the stay at the Property are referred to as Guests in these regulations.
The person making the reservation at the Property and paying for the reservation is hereinafter referred to as the Booker.

  1. Basic Information:
    1. Making a reservation is equivalent to confirming that you have read and accepted these regulations and committed to complying with their provisions, as well as reviewing and accepting the Personal Data Protection Policy.
    2. Guests staying at the Property are also required to comply with health and safety regulations, fire safety rules, and, in exceptional cases, follow the instructions of the Property staff.
    3. In the case of violation of these regulations, the Property has the right to refuse further services to Guests who violate them. These persons are required to immediately comply with the requests of the Property staff, settle any outstanding payments for services provided, and pay for any damages or destruction, as well as leave the Property immediately.
    4. By making a reservation, the Booker agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and meeting the check-in requirements in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997. The Booker has the right to access and update their personal data.
    5. Reservations are made in the name of the person or company that will make the payment.
    6. Only persons registered at the Property’s reception are entitled to use the Property. The Guest may not transfer the rented apartment to others, even if the period for which payment was made has not expired.
    7. For fire safety reasons, open flames are prohibited on the Property, and in the apartments, the use of irons, heaters, and other electrical appliances not provided in the apartment is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers and power adapters for RTV devices and computers.
    8. The Guest is fully responsible for any material or legal damages to the Property’s items, equipment, and devices caused by them or their visitors. The compensation for damages or destruction is based on the price list available at the Property’s reception.
    9. If there are discrepancies between the inventory list and the actual condition or damages, the Guest must report this at the reception immediately upon check-in. Otherwise, it is assumed that the equipment was complete and undamaged.
    10. Guests are particularly required to:
      • maintain cleanliness and order in the apartment at their own expense;
      • use the Property’s facilities in a way that does not cause damage or deterioration of their condition;
    11. The Property’s liability for the loss or damage of items brought by Guests into the apartment is regulated by Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. The Property does not accept deposits.
    12. After the stay, the Guest is required to report their departure for the Property staff to check the apartment.
    13. The hotel day begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.
    14. Check-in after 22:00 is possible only after prior arrangement with the property owner and incurs an additional charge of 100 PLN.
    15. If the Guest does not show up at the Property by 20:00 on the day of arrival, and has not informed the owner about a later arrival, it will be considered as cancellation of the stay.
    16. There is a complete smoking ban on the Property.
    17. Night quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 6:00.
    18. Apartment users must behave in a manner that does not disturb the peace of other guests during quiet hours and must respect the right of others to rest during the day.
    19. Unregistered persons may stay in the apartment between 6:00 and 22:00.
    20. Unregistered persons staying in the apartment after 22:00 will be charged by the Booker for their accommodation. Each additional person will be charged according to the hotel day rate available at the reception or on the Property’s website.
    21. Pets are not allowed.
    22. Children and minors under the age of 18 are only allowed with adult supervision, and the adults take full responsibility for their actions, any consequences, and situations that may arise at the Property.
    23. The Property reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving vulgarly.
  2. Additional Charges:
    1. The price of the stay does not include the local fee collected during check-in or any optional additional charges.
    2. The local fee is 2 PLN per person per night.
    3. In Harenda Apartments, one child under the age of 3 staying in the same bed as two adults stays free of charge. A child aged 4-5 years is charged 35 PLN per night. Cribs for infants are provided free of charge.
    4. Payments made on-site can be made in cash or by card.
  3. Meals:
    1. Breakfast is served in the building next door in a self-service buffet style from 8:00 to 9:30.
    2. In the BB price plan – overnight with breakfast – free (included in the price of the stay).
    3. In the RO price plan – overnight stay, possibility to purchase breakfast for 45 PLN per person per night.
    4. For a small additional fee, breakfast can be served in the apartment.
  4. Deposit:
    • A deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
    • Payment of the deposit is equivalent to the Booker’s acceptance of the reservation conditions set out in these regulations.
    • For flexible offers, the Booker will be charged a deposit of 50% of the reservation value at any time.
    • For non-refundable offers, the Booker will be charged a deposit equal to the full value of the reservation at any time.
    • Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed time results in the cancellation of the reservation.
  5. Cancellation:
    • For flexible offers, cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 3 days before the arrival date results in the cancellation of the contract, and the Property will not charge the Booker any fees.
    • If cancellation or changes are made after the deadline stated in point 1 of the flexible offer, the Booker will be charged 50% of the total reservation value. If the Guest does not show up, the Booker will be charged 50% of the total reservation value.
    • For non-refundable offers, the Booker will be charged the full price of the reservation if it is canceled at any time.
  6. Online Reservations:
    • Online reservations can be made via the website osadaharenda.pl.
    • To confirm the reservation, the Booker must pay 100% of the total reservation value (for non-refundable offers) or 50% of the total reservation value (for flexible offers) within one hour of making the reservation.
    • Payments are made through the PayU payment system available in the reservation panel.
    • The same cancellation and complaint procedures apply to online reservations as to reservations made in other forms. These procedures are specified in sections V and VII of these regulations.
  7. Complaint Procedures:
    • Guests have the right to submit complaints regarding services provided by the Property.
    • The Property will only consider complaints submitted electronically to the email address: domki@osadaharenda.pl within 14 days of the end of the Guest’s stay or, if the stay did not occur at the scheduled time, within 14 days from the date the stay was supposed to take place.
    • The Property reserves a 14-day period to resolve the complaint. The Property will inform the Guest of the outcome of the complaint during this time.
  8. Additional Information:
    • We offer parking located next to the apartment. The parking fee, firewood for the fireplace and grill are included in the accommodation price. The Property is not responsible for the parked car or any items left inside.
    • Free Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the Property.
    • For an additional fee, apartment cleaning services during the stay can be arranged. This service must be requested at the reception.
